Affected components: PIAM UAT, all regions. Production tenants are not affected.
Since SmartAccess 1.14 was deployed to UAT, reports opened from the Reports menu in PIAM can show "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue." instead of the report.
Cause: PIAM 7.11.0 introduced stricter browser security headers. The embedded reporting service signs users in through our identity provider, and the new policy blocks that sign-in step inside the report frame. Users with an active reporting session are not affected, so the issue appears intermittent across tenants and users.
Impact: Embedded reports and dashboards in PIAM UAT fail to load for affected users. Report data is intact. The standalone reporting site, Workflow, and all other PIAM functions work normally.
Workaround: Open the standalone reporting site in the same browser and sign in. Embedded reports in PIAM will then load.
Next steps: We are updating the security policy to allow the reporting sign-in step. The fix will be deployed to UAT by 22rd October in PIAM 7.11.1 and included before SmartAccess 1.14 is released to production.
